Roberta passed away on June 13, 2016 at the age of 85. Roberta was born on January 28, 1931 to Walter and Mary Busenbark on a small farm outside of Crawfordsville, Indiana.

 As a young teenager she detasseled corn. While in High School she volunteered at the local hospital as a candy striper serving meals to patients. After graduating from High School, she took a bus by herself to Indianapolis, Indiana. There she stayed at the YWCA and began working at Indiana Bell.

 She met Eugene Pesecky in Indianapolis where they began dating for approximately one year. They were married and she continued working at Indian Bell for ten years. She left Indiana Bell to become a full time mother.

 Roberta and Eugene were married for sixty-three wonderful years of love and devotion.

 Roberta was preceded in death by brother Eugene Busenbark, and daughter Dawn Pesecky. Roberta is survived by husband Eugene Pesecky, son Brian Pesecky, granddaughters Jennifer and Ashlie Pesecky, grandson Dustin Weaver, granddaughter Shelby Weaver, great granddaughter Layla Weaver, and great grandson Liam Weaver.

 Memorial and funeral services will be held at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana on June 24, 2016 at 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. with burial service at Oak Hill Cemetery, 392 Old Oak Hill Road, Crawfordsville, Indiana at 2 p.m.
